Maca trial on PubMedL-Arginine Base
An amino acid the body uses to make nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels. Small ED studies used several grams a day. It can lower blood pressure.
L-arginine research on PubMedPanax Ginseng Aerial Extract
Asian ginseng is studied for fatigue and sexual function, mostly using the root. SodaPower uses the aerial parts (leaves and stems), which are less studied.
NCCIH on Asian ginsengCnidium Monnieri Fruit Extract
A traditional Chinese herb whose compound osthole relaxes smooth muscle in lab studies. Human research is very limited.

FDA on caffeineWhy missing doses matter
| Ingredient | Typical research dose |
|---|---|
| Maca | 1.5 to 3 g a day |
| L-arginine | 3 to 5 g a day in ED studies |
| Panax ginseng (root) | 600 to 3,000 mg a day |
| Cnidium | No established human dose |
Our take: a few droppers of liquid are unlikely to deliver gram-level doses, but without published amounts we cannot say. Ask the seller for the Supplement Facts panel.
The caffeine question
Guarana contains more caffeine by weight than coffee beans. SodaPower does not say how much is in a dose, which matters if you are caffeine-sensitive. See guarana and caffeine.
